Bob Wilkinson (British FS History Facebook group)
- A sub-station for North Finchley opened in 1890 at Tally Ho Corner, moved in 1902 to Torrington Park, and closed in 1930

Jon Seddon
- The Tally Ho pub was at the junction of Ballard's Lane, High Road and Great North Road (51.614155, -0.176555), so likely to have been close by. 1896 1:2500 shows Tally Ho as named Park Road Hotel
